Want to be a Student Storyteller?

Do you like telling stories? Can you tell a good joke?

You should audition for the Frisco Library's Lone Star Storytelling Festival!

The Frisco Public Library is looking for storytellers between the ages of 8 and 18 to be a part of next year's Lone Star Storytelling Festival right here in Frisco on October 9th, 2010.

Students selected for the festival will:
· Perform during a storytelling concert at the Festival in October
· Share the stage with nationally known storytellers
· Have lots of fun!

All you have to do is record yourself telling a short story on tape or DVD and bring it to the public library by May 7th with the student audition form. Bright students can choose to make an audition tape with Mrs. Hamilton on April 23rd - sign up in the library to participate.
